So this is kind of weird. I'll be playing a game on my 144Hz monitor and everything will be running smooth and at the normal speeds. As soon as turn on a video or open another application with the other monitor, i can immediately see that my 144Hz monitor has dropped to 60. I check my frames in game and i can see i'm getting 600+ but i know for a fact that the screen is showing only 60. As soon as i stop playing the youtube video or exit the other application, The frames on my other monitor goes back to normal. Any help?
