Article 13 will destroy the Internet as we know it. It will implement links licences required to post links, upload filters for websites and lead to censorship that benefits no one but the biggest media companies. It is being lobbied by the German media Axel Springer and pushed for voting in 20 days. After those 20 days one will be able to licence links. So yea, you can even licence images - meme economy will no longer be a meme. But on a more serious note, Reddit will cease to work the way it does - you will not be able to posts links to sites like cnn without a licence thus news discussions will become much harder if not impossible the way they are done right now.
