Seems like YouTube might be reading my mind it's absolutely crazy

This is not the first time this happened, but whenever I'm watching a lecture and I happen not to know about something I will look it up on youtube and it will always show up. For example, I was watching this video where they mentioned a "bullet ant", I paused the video and typed in "b" in the search bar and what do you know bullet ant is the first option. I never searched bullet ant before, so I was wondering how this works.

My understanding is that they might look at the video's related searches where someone had just seen the video, and give that as suggestions, but I'm not sure.
